Worked as expert on Financial Institutions,covering all current and potential clients in region
Interact with client and gather dealrequirements, financials and other inputs for performing quality analysis anddue diligence
Work with RM / product partners instructuring credit solutions for clients and ensuring appropriateness ofproducts. Legal & compliance liaising and preparing term sheets for lendingproducts if required
Prepare end-to-end whole BCA package withhigh quality (GM, BCA Part 1, BCA Part 2 with in-depth analysis of variousrisks, scorecard, raptor, LA and etc)
Ensure compliance of all regulatoryrequirements / internal policies. Ensure policy exception is properly approvedif there is any
Liaise with Credit / RM on BCA/LA and othercredit issues; ensure quick turnaround on queries to facilitate timely approvaland avoid review overdue
Understand the up-to-date credit and otherrelated policies and procedures
Risk Monitoring and Portfolio Update
Review daily news and update relevantresearch reports. Highlight overall market change, early warning signs ofcredit deterioration or any risk issue and report to credit
Monitor excess / past dues report. Inpartnership with RM to timely identify accounts to be put in early alertaccording to relevant process
Monitor CART / other credit conditionsappropriately
Monitor limit utilization through monthlyportfolio report of China. Investigate reason for abnormal excess; advise RMwhen limit is highly utilized and help to raise BCA if required
Assist with pre-audit preparation. Workwith RM for post-audit follow up action
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics,accounting or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creditanalysis or relevant work
Self-starter with good initiative

Finance Manager- Regulatory Reporting
Manage the whole process of regulatoryreport production, covering returns requested by PBOC (the People's Bank ofChina) and CBIRC (China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission). Prepareand review key regulatory returns for all branches/sub-branches/rural banks.
Implement new regulatory requirements withefficient and accurate manner. For requirements involving various bank productsor departments, initiate data automation project or lead task allocationmeeting with all department stakeholders to agree a workable procedure.
Prepare audit accounts and notes toaccounts.
Communicate with regulators for reportingrequest adoption or clarification of requirements.
University graduate, with minimum 6 years'working experience in finance/banking industry;
Good at MS Office software;
